Led by Jess, a fun, experienced trainer and nutritionist, we’ll help you crush your goals and support you every step of the way.

You bet! Jess specializes in pre and postnatal fitness, so you’ll get the best care during pregnancy and after childbirth. We modify exercises to keep you safe, but still challenge you. From strengthening your pelvic floor to helping you get your energy back post-baby, we’ve got you covered.
Absolutely! We know how tricky it can be to find time for yourself as a parent. At Parkside Fit, kids are welcome to join in on the fun during all of our classes. No need to worry about a sitter – bring the little ones, and let’s get fit together!
Small, personal, and full of fun! Our classes begin with a warm-up to get your body ready, then we dive into a mix of strength, cardio, and stretching, depending on the class theme. And don’t worry – we’ll cool down at the end, so you’ll leave feeling stronger, energized, and totally ready for anything.
